
Terms and Conditions for website use
I. Subject Matter
Article 1. (1) These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between SMART LIGHT Ltd., UIC 206285743 (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the Visitors of the website smart-light.bg (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitors"). (2) By accessing and loading the Site, Visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all subsequent amendments thereto, and undertake to comply with them.

Article 3. The Site smart-light.bg provides Visitors with information regarding the Provider's activities, services, and prices, as well as access to published news and materials, the ability to publish opinions and comments, review uploaded content, and perform any actions necessary for the full utilization of the Site according to its intended purpose.
III. Intellectual Property
Article 4. (1) All publications on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, and they may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of the Provider.
(2) Images on the Site, as well as other visual elements constituting intellectual property of the Provider, may not be used and reproduced in any way by third parties without its prior written consent.
(3) Any unauthorized use of materials published on the Site without the Provider's permission constitutes a violation for which the violator bears civil, administrative-penal, and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.
Article 5. (1) The Provider does not permit the use in any way of the Site's content through visualization of all or part of the materials published therein on another site.
(2) Referencing materials on the Site from other sites is permissible if done in accordance with good morals and commercial practice, and if the referencing and methods of presenting the reference do not create doubt regarding the Provider's authorship of the materials, so that Visitors are not misled.
IV. Personal Data Protection
Article 6. (1) The Provider takes measures to protect Visitors' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the requirements of European and Bulgarian legislation, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy published on its website.
(2) The Provider does not send identifying information to third parties, and technical information and information about the use of the Site by Users is processed by the company maintaining the platform on which the Site is placed, in compliance with the requirements for personal data protection and information security.
(3) The Provider collects and processes cookie data according to its Policy, with which Visitors become acquainted upon loading the Site.
V. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
Article 7. (1) These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Provider at any time, with the amended Terms and Conditions promptly published on the Site, along with a notification to Visitors of the changes made.
(2) Amendments to these Terms and Conditions are effective for all Visitors from the moment of their announcement on the Site.
VI. Limitation of Liability
Article 8. (1) The Provider provides access to the Site's content as it is and does not guarantee that the guidelines in the materials on the Site lead to the results intended by Visitors.
(2) The Provider is not liable for damages and lost profits of Visitors caused by materials contained on the Site.
(3) The Provider is not liable for damages caused by Visitors to third parties as a result of using the Site and the materials contained therein.
VII. Other Provisions
Article 9. Visitors to the Site undertake to observe ethical norms and not to damage the reputation of the Provider when using the Site and the materials contained therein.
Article 10. For matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions related to the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
Article 11. These Terms and Conditions come into force for all Visitors to the Site as of 2019.
