For the Asparuhov Bridge we delivered lighting that highlights one of Varna’s most recognisable structures. The solution was developed for an environment of constant humidity, wind and salt spray from the sea.
The luminaires carry an IP66 protection rating and were selected for dependable operation in harsh outdoor conditions. The optics direct the light onto the structure without dazzling drivers and without spill toward the water below the bridge.
The control and monitoring system allows operating modes to be scheduled and watches for deviations, keeping the lighting reliable and easy to manage.
